Kevin,
I've just been to JKheli.com and at the bottom is his event schedule. It says Reno Fun Fly for Sept. 11.

The road less traveled is less traveled for a reason, duh.

Funfly
Wilson that sounds good to me. I was going to attend the school but maybe another time. Someone should let these guys know to make other plans. Like going to Reno to see Jason fly !!!!!! I Will tell them to make contact with him to avoid any confusion.

Why not have a 3D school at the Reno event?
off the top of my head, my answer would be because its 4 hours from the origional spot, and ya thats not very far, but gas for there and back, hotel etc....we are already paying 300 dollars a person. We dont really feel like spending more money. And, if it was held at the Reno event, people who did not pay would be able to learn from everything Todd and Jason will be teaching and it would not be fair for the the people who paid 300 dollars.

Why did the dates change from last years Reno Fun Fly? it was the 5.6. and 7th.

Hi Kevin,

Does this mean you will be going to reno for that weekend instead of taking the 3d class?

I'm not sure after reading the above since I was under the impression that you were going to do the school after we spoke last night (and before you posted).

Just let me know so I can offer the spot to the next guy.

As for where Jason is going to show up....these were the dates that we were given prior to even knowing about when Reno was taking place. I guess we will see.

Hey guys, Todski posted the FF dates in February, so it is no surprise.

Jason is not coming because he has nothing sponsor'd to fly right now, otherwise I'm sure he would chose the FF over the school, I know I would

Todski, you should think about doing a school next year as a part of the FF. Bet you would get a really good response.

3D School
Tron,

I will be attending the school as scheduled. The only thing that would keep me away would be Jason & Todd not showing up. Don't give away my spot I've have had this gift certificate long enough. Expect me there !!!!

I would guess around 40-50 registered pilots.

Grand prize in the raffle will be a Fury Extreme.

Are you planning on having some events, and what kind?
I just went to the LA FunFly, and had a great time, but I wish they would have had some more events for people to participate, like 'Ring pickups, target flying, or others.'
The only thing they had was a bottle knock-over, autorotation spot landing, and 3D for advanced freestyle.
I get 10 hours of flying time at our homefield here everyday if I want to. The funfly`s I go to, to meet new friends, and watch others fly and participate in fun events.
Thanks.

I sent registration payment last week.
And five of us from San Francisco Bay will be there around noon to one PM on Friday.

As we always do. Fly morning and afternoon, buffet, night fly , car race next to the Hilton Hotel and few 1/4s in the slot machine at night.

Ayyyyyyyyyyy Carramba, I forgot the shows in the back of the Hotels.
