YS .50 fuel delivery problem
I am getting back into flying heli's and I have a YS .50 that I cannot get fuel to go into carb.I took apart carb, and don't see anything wrong. With the regulator off, I could pump fuel in and it would come out of a small hole, but when I put it back on carb the fuel would not go into car at all. Any help would be appreciated. thanks

You say nothing about the tank configuration, tubing arrangement and check valve.

If all this system are OK, you need to disassemble the motor to check the piston ring.
There is a high probability that this little ring is stuck.
That would explain no compression on the motor, no enough pressure on tank and no fuel on carb.

I am trying to pump fuel into carb directly from fuel container, because when I tried to start HELI I noticed when trying to start, the fuel would stop moving through the fuel line all the way to the carb. I can’t even pump fuel directly into carb..I would suspect fuel regulator is bad.

Its been a while since I had a YS 50, but I recall there is a diaphragm in the carb. You may have to disassemble the carb and make sure it's intact. If you haven't flown for a while it could be dried out or collapsed. Did you check the check valve, too?Formerly SunFunFlyer.

You don't mention how old this engine is or if its been sitting a long time, so here are some suggestions.
YS engines require a tight fuel and exhaust system to run properly.
Also as Rojoalfa suggests the piston ring may be to worn out to make good compression. That said,
Make sure all the fuel lines are new, in the tank and to the engine.
Verify that the check valve is good and installed in the correct orientation.
You wont be able to manually pump fuel through the regulator, it only works when the engine is running.
If you can, pull the exhaust pipe and take a picture of the piston ring through the exhaust port. that tells a good story.
Verify the glo plug is good, reset the needles on the carb to startup settings and give it another try.
