Do I need to offset the swash a little in flybarless helicopters ?
Still very new to building FBL helicopters and using Align 3GX in a sacrificial Tarot 450 heli .... jus wondering do I need to offset the swashplate a little to the right as in Flybarred helis and can I use rudder subtrim while setting up the Align 3 GX ? Thanks .

Excelent gyro... 3gx...
You can do anything while in DIR menu.

In Most flybarless gyros you can't do "fine" adjustment while flying. You need to take the issue back on the table, open your setup menu and do the adjustment in the FBL gyro.

That is why some sort of this gadget have special Bluetooth thing, pods and other keypad to do adjustment on the field.

BTW, in case of rudder gyro, don't use trim while in heading lock command!!!
Most of rudder gyros accept trim command when it is in normal rate. You can recognize normal rate because the slider mechanism on tail shaft is at center.
In heading lock, the slider mechanism on tail shaft is "erratic" and could be in any place.
