F is a frame loss. H is a hold, the others are individual antenna fades.

A fade is a loss of a packet on one antenna. A frame loss is that same packet lost on all the antennas at the same time. A hold is 45 consecutive frame losses (about 1 second) and is really bad news.

Individual antenna fades should be less than 100 per flight.
Frame losses less than 20 total.

So you either have a problematic receiver or poor placement of the main or remotes. The first thing I'd do is unplug and reinsert all the connections to your remote receivers. Then tap on the wires and see if any of the orange lights blink, if they do then its time to replace that cable and lots of places make more robust remote cables.
