/That hub is to accommodate a flybar mechanism. That space you don't need no more.So, try to lower that hub the distance "X"... You drill a new hole on main shaft for the rotor bolt."X" would be the distance between flybar hole and rotor bolt.So, the rotor is going to be "X" in a position lower.  / |
