Hello I am new to the forum. I need help and information on my rc gas helicopter. I recently got a TSK MYSTAR 30 helicopter. I am new in the gas helicopters. Does anyone know anything about this model. Im looking for what class of helicopter, operators manual, the best fuel to use, are there any interchangeable parts? The helicopter is complete with controller. The engine is stamped O.S 32. I do have the owners manual and other paper work but they only show how to put it together. If anybody is familiar with this model or know anything about it please let me know. I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

Pretty sure the OS 32 is a nitro engine. (alcohol, oil and nitro mix)

Typically you would use unusualy high nitro content. Nitro helis use extreemly rich air fuel mixture, spewing out a large amount of unburned fuel to keep it cool. 30% nitro is recomended.

Here is a video of an airplane version of that engine. (smaller head, but same engine)

Be sure to find someone experienced in your area to help you get going. The learning curve on these can be extreemly steep. The odds of most of most of us getting one in the air and back down again without incident are kinda poor...

You will find a few odds and ends parts on ebay, but other than that, that heli was discontinued many years ago. The importer, Irwin Siner, has also long gone to heli heaven.
