Vario 1:7 Scale Big Airwolf.
Question. I usually fly 3D 700 size helicopters and this is my first Benzin Model. Anyone know what Pitch curves and Throttle curves i should use on this bird? My 3D Heli's are -12 - +12, And i know that you can't do that on this model.

personally i would go with low -2, mid 5, high 10 to 12. as far as throttle.... what ever % gives you precision, sport, and speed. These speeds of course will change your mid stick pitch curve. i would start setting things at a midstick sport speed hover. example..... mid stick at 5* and about 1200rpm to 1300rpm. Of course you have to see if that gives your mechanics the head and tail authority you need to be with in the FBL and ESC parameters.

so simple put there is no simple answer to your question but there is a general starting point of a method.

Good luck and just enjoy developing your own methodology.

Be sure to have some one actually tach the rotorhead as its easy to overspeed a gasser and not know it. Could result in bent blade bolts, and elonged grips. Be sure not to be over 1250 at half stick.
