Blast from the past

As my title indicates, I am setting up an older Blueline full size Vbar with my VBC. During the setup, I have discovered two things. When I get to the point in the setup on sensor orientation, the VBC displays a Neo instead of a legacy full size Vbar with separate sensor, and second, that I have to choose the orientation reversed from what is actually on the heli to get the swash to operate correctly. All of the tilt corrections and control inputs operate correctly, but I am concerned about the reversed sensor choice in the VBT setup.

Has anyone else noticed this, and what was your results? I'm a little afraid to fly the heli this way.

When tipped forward, the swash tips backward. The swash moves correctly in all directions, but the wire front/rear setup has to be reversed for the swash to move in the correct directions.Logo 700, Specter 700, Goblin 700, Trex 700DFC, Gaui X7, Logo 690SX, Logo 600SX; Trex 470 Trex 500

If the swash gives you the correct corrections , I would think that you’re good to go .....Been there, done that and old enough to know better.....
