7 Blade Rotorhead blade source
I have a 7-blade rotor-head. I need blades. It is for an MH-53 E model. I am a little out of the hobby so I am not up to speed on what is happening. But I have had this for several years. The gap between the jaws on the blade grips is 13~14 mm. I have a Bergan Gasser to put it on. So I think the rotorspan is about 62.5 inches. The distance from blade mount hole to center of rotor-head is 4.125 inches. So the rotor-head diameter of blade bolts is 8.5 inches total. So I am looking to find blades that are 27 inches long with a thin chord. I know for a fact that standard 2-blades roorblades will not work. They just cavitate. I was thinking that blades like what used to come with Horobo's Vertol may be a good choice, I believe their chord was about 1 inch.
So I am looking for weighted blades 27 inches long with a 1 inch chord. 12 to 14 mm thick grip thickness. I would need 7 in this set. Wood, fiberglass or carbon fiber. All ideas welcome.

The Spinblade 700mm/27.5" 4 and 5 blade set has the narrowest chord I could find at 34mm/1-5/16".

This is a very specific rotor blades.

Difficult to find those blades.

For me, I would do a selection base on maintain the same total weight.

Your old 7 blades had a total weight. For example, each blade is 100 grm. So, total weight is 700 grm.

Your new 7 blades should have the same total weight in order to have the same momentum or torque.

I would look for two set of blades for a 4 rotorhead blades, 8 blades, checking for weight.

This rotorhead was custom built for me by a machinist who made parts for Century Helicopters . It is over 20 years old. But do to life and other distractions, I have never been able to get it into the air. Geometry of the swash-plate links to pitch arms was one. Also I was using 2-blade style rotorblades. The chord was definitely too wide. Even with an Enya 81 powering my bird, the air-flow cavitates. So I only managed to get it about 3" off the ground. But with my Vertol teaching me, I determined that the blades have to be no wider than what the Hirobo Shuttle used to fly with. I will try to connect with Vario or Spinblades.

Currency Exchange Rate
The price listed for the Spin-Blades 4-blade set says 20422 Euros. With the exchange rates today at 1.19 - 1 this means the blades would cost $24,233.8 US.. This does not seem correct to me. What am I missing with this math ? I could believe $242.33 US. Not 24 thousand dollars. Help.

Treat the comma as a decimal point. It's 204.22 Euro or $243.39 USD plus shipping.
