I did watch that and he assigns the gear channel to the 3 position flight mode switch but does not say what the endpoint settings are on the gear channelHe who dies with the most toys is the winner!

In your case you may have to go to a negative or positive value to switch between 3D and stability mode. You’ll know when you’re up 75 feet and git that switch and bang the aileron or elevator stick. If it folds over or rolls you’ve found 3D mode. If it doesn’t then run the numbers into the negative range for that switch positionRIP Roman Pirozek Jr.

Stability/ 3D mode
Hello guys. I have heard a lot of great things about the M2 Heli and I just picked up one about a week ago. But I have run into the same issue as the other guy. I am using a spectrum DX8 version one. I have sent my throttle curves and assigned them to the appropriate position of the S mode switch. But the helicopter is staying in stability mode no matter which flight mode I switch into. Can anyone help me with my settings? They talked about going in and assigning channel 5 to switch be. Put on this radio it doesn’t work that way. So I’m a little confused on the terminology and what I need to set up.
Did he crash? Dang I missed it!
