/2200-2500 mAH. Correct.Average consumption for a raptor 50: 250 mAH per flight. (with stock glow tank)2500/2 = 1250 mAH : capacity available for LIPO (50%).Flying to 30% of remanent capacity. (from 4.2 volts per cell to 3.8 volts per cell)1250*0.7= 875 mAHNumber of flights = 875/2504 flights...Good.This is my calculation.Other users said that lipo pack capacity is available 100% and not 50%. Other users said they fly till 0% of lipo capacity, 3.7 volts per cell./ |

/Hey...I forgot something...Life... My kind of packs! You may run this battery without regulator..! With HV electronic of course.6.6 volts 2100 mAHAverage consumption raptor 50: 250 mAH2100/250 : 8 flights. It is really a "die hard" pack./ |

Dr Lodge JR Vibe 50 here too, use a 2200mAh 2s LiPo with FromeCo regulator, but use LiIon packs on the others helis. /Lithium pack! Good choice also. More safe operating that packs, by the way.Duralite packs! Very powerful lithium packs. My last battery 2s2p 2900 mAH, last 14 years. No complaints./ |

the main thing I would suggest is to find the battery that will balance the heli with a 1/2 of tank of fuelany of the batteries you listed with a minimum of 2000 mah will work fine In one of my gassers I have a 5500 mah pack for balance in a nitro I have a 2700 pack it depends on the balance for me that determins what size I put in my heli's |

banshee rider it depends on the balance for me that determins what size I put in my heli's /Very interesting point of view. Adding weight on helicopters is not critical. Most of the time it is a must to do that.IMO, flight time determine the size of battery pack. Very easy to understand. If you fly one time a day, you need a little pack. If you fly a lot, you need a strong and heavy pack. For heli balance, I use pieces of lead, old wasted NiCD/NiMH batteries or some arrangement inside the helicopter. But anyway, it is always a good practice, to check costs to benefics whatever you do./ |
