70 size muffler on a 90?
I have a Hatori muffler that is a 70 size and upgraded my Freya with a 90 size engine and wondered if I can still use it? Know it fits physically. I just do sport flying so don’t need to squeeze out every last ounce of power. Just want to make sure if it will choke it cause any issues.

If you are fairly competent at tuning the carb settings on your engine, then I’m sure that you can run the engine with that muffler without any problems. It sounds like you already don’t expect to extract the maximum performance from the engine, which is the only thing you would be sacrificing.
Start with the needles rich and gradually tune as you normally would, listening for a proper tune, checking the engine’s temp, and watching for good smoke output. In other words, Standard procedure.
