Stator gator. Good choice.

Try stator gator for Vario.
It is the same thing.

You need to cut the Vario connector and do your own connections for PUH engine.

Guys I received the Stator gator and it has the right connectors on it.. However back to the tank thing.. The feed line go to the bottom of carb and the return line to the top of the carb am I correct..

The lower line is connected to the clunk. I use viton (order them from eBAY automotive section) fuel lines inside the tank as they remain flexible for long periods of time. There is also a tank vent in the top of the tank with a hose leading to the bottom of the machinery.

The older I get, the fewer things seem worth waiting in line for.

If the Motor is the same SF I have it is a long stroke and the problem was gear ratio. I wound up installing a newer SFN in my Superiors. I took the SF long stroke and exchange the head for the airplane head and used it in my Super Sportster 60 with a MAC tuned pipe. That plane is still flying 30+ years later and will lift off in about 10 feet and then go vertical out of site! Also on the Bent frame, If you are talking MA yes it was the first but the Schluter Superior was the first Bent frame Heli, Then the GMP cobra was second!Causality is the Root of all Life!

Guys I have 2 Gyros for this X-Cell gasser build.. One is a Futaba GY401, and the other is a GY611. Which one would you use, and easy to program too.. Also, The TX that I picked to use is a Walkera Devo F12E (Supports helis).. But it has no adjustment pot. Just switches (You see I don't want to sound stupid)..

Oh, the reason that I picked my Walkera Devo F12E is because the receiver has 10 channels.. The ones for my Futaba Tx's (9C and 10C).. The receivers have only 8 channels (FASST) and the 8th channel will have to share with the power plug (To give me 8 channels).. So I'll need a Y-lead.. Also I intend to use a GV-1 Governor too..

The 8 channel FASST rcvr is plenty of channels for what you are doing. My pick, without hesitation, would be the 611. However, you do need the Futaba S9251 or S9256 TR servo. The 401 does not require a special TR servo. It is possible to use a standard servos with the 611 but you need to get into the “secret” menu and change settings in order to use a servo other than the ones noted above. Do a RR search on this 611 menu if you need to.

I have no experience with the xmtr you noted. Does it have enough functions, switches and mixing for idle ups, engine kill, governor on/off, throttle hold, gyro gain, pitch and throttle curves, etc, etc?

Guys I'm still building this gasser heli.. However on the motor which part screws to the cankshaft (After the Mag), is the the nut or the pulley thing first. Manual don't help me.. The pulley has thread on it too..

Oh If I don't need the nut. How do I tighten up the pulley..

It depends...

If you want to start the motor with a pull starter, don't use the nut. You will need to install the adapter in case you want to start the motor from the pull starter.

As you can see, there is no room to install both adapter and nut.

So, flywheel plus nut

Or

Flywheel plus adapter
