Great to hear. I've got a V2 conversion kit sitting on my desk. I'm a lazy ass, but I do envision great things with it. Post some pics if you get a chance!J. B. Jones |

Just checked out, very nice!I do have a V2 conversion kit installed. Flies more solid with the OWB on the main gear and not in the clutch housing as it was in V1.
No more squealing noise when sharply loading the disc during aggressive moves.-Chris |

Helidirect is a dealer maybe they can get you one. Also found three things I dont like and they all have to do with the tail. First is the bell crank the rudder servo rod connects to. It has a lot of slop, I changed the screw to on that has no thread as the top and it helped but still a lot. Second is the rubber boot the tail bell crank has. A ball inside a rubber boot is not the way to control the tail, it has a lot of friction. Third is the tailrotor hub the pitch links slide on has about 2mm of pull play. I guess a forth thing is the ball ends are a bit rough, I could probably size the to give a smoother control.https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCE_rywpdgBAxA8bHVCw3VQQ |

FLYERCLD Where can I get the conversion kit, I still have a V1 Hey old friend; I got mine form MinAir direct from Germany. I couldn't have asked for a better transaction. Mrs Judith was very fast to respond and ship my conversion kit.I did also order the V2 frames. The conversion kit comes with plans to modify the V1 frames, but you had better be good with precision tooling (I don't have any at my disposal). I thought about having a local machine shop do it, but it was easier for me to get it from them. Again, another very easy conversation and transaction.J. B. Jones |

FenderBean Also found three things I dont like and they all have to do with the tail. <deleted>Edit: aah, I forgot you built a V2, rather than a conversion; my initial comment of "thank you, I'm noting this", probably isn't applicable. Thanks for the info, always good to have reports like this.J. B. Jones |
