Edit: I didn't read your post correctly.

Mostly MinAir parts on that head, but I don't recognize the non XL-Pro headblock.

It is MA roter head. Has the updated rotor hub. The x-cell graphite kit had this in the kit. It was there 3d machine. Then they came out with all metal head of that style with CNC blade grips. Which replaced the old metal head of Cliff Hiatt designed and used at the worlds.
