LMH clutch Hey guys,
I have a question for those Lite Machines experts. I noticed that there are two different part numbers for the V Max 6 and V Max 7 clutch shoes. I know the center bore is larger on the V Max 7, but is that the only difference? I notice between the two that the 7 has more machining done where the shoes flex but is that a design upgrade or is that specific to the 7’s clutch? In other words, can I use the V Max 6 clutch on the V Max 7 if I bore it out to fit the 7’s clutch shaft? Thanks guys Steve Z |

/I can't follow you..Differences between the two, one is standard and the other is heavy duty. The HD engage at higher rpm.I wouldn't mess with this clutch shoe outer diameter.IMO, don't modify dimensions./ |
