Fbl gyros works base in two ways...

1.- the swashplate mixing and certain functions are controled by the transmitter.
On this setup, you may need a high gamma transmitter.

2.- FBL gyro take control of all functions related to swashplate. Transmitter must work in H1, 90.
In this setup, you don't need a high gamma transmitter.

Gy750 is a FBL gyro that take control of all functions so, check your 18MZ and erase swashplate mixing.

The swashplate mixing is doing with gy750.

First of all your 750 should have ver 2.0 firmware installed. Next, as above noted, your 18MZ should be at default settings; do not charge servo directions on the 18 MZ, use the 750 for that. Go to the 750's "swash basic map" and scroll down to the "SWS Dir Comb#" menu selection. Cycle through this menu item - as I recall there are 7 possible combinations. One of these combinations will get you the swash movement correct for your setup. The older I get, the fewer things seem worth waiting in line for.

Thanks Guys, all good suggestions. I’ve done all with no luck yet, except upgrading to 2.0 might do that tomorrow and see if it helps.

Backing up.... I assume you are using something like a Futaba R7003SB or R7008SB receiver.?.? When you linked the receiver to the TX, it probably asked you something like "Do you want to use the default channel map?" or "Do you want to change the channel map?" I forget the actual verbiage. The answer to that is - yes. Having done that, the default values in the S.Bus menu of the CGY750 don't need to be changed. All S.Bus channels in the 18MZ will correctly map to what the 750 expects.

I'm only guessing at one of several possible reasons you're not getting the gyro output you expect. I had a buddy that had a similar problem as yours. Resetting the TX and 750 to the default channel mapping fixed the problem.

So in short, and at the risk of repeating myself, you shouldn't have to access the 750's S.Bus menu if you are using a Futaba transmitter and receiver.
