Emile ,,, that is fine as I want more red ,, I have a future build that I want to do on a V-22 osprey that uses an xplanes make believe of a coast guard scheme on a V -22 and I like it a lot ,,and the sim picture looks to be more red than normal . Plus I read somewhere that the color the coast guard uses is now more red any how than it was when it first started ... so by the time they actually get V-22's it probably will be more red than what yours is !!!! Besides it isn't for contest ... just for my enjoyment I actually have thought about just making it ruby red and dark blue stripe on white Larry C ----------Bergen R/C helicopters

Hey Emile,
Your project is coming along nicely.
What are you using to make molds for the small scale pieces?

Tech definition : Micro Spheres also known as micro balloons is a filler used in epoxy. Micro balloons or micro spheres are microscopic hollow sphere used as an additive to many materials to modify the characteristics. In boat building it is a thickener in epoxy mixtures particularly useful as a fairing compound.

Left over from the old airplane days . It is a light weight filler stuff that you can mix with CA or epoxy to make it thicker without adding weigh .It is sand able and paint able .It started out with guys using backing soda and then the hobby started making the hollow sphere stuff and calling it micro balloons .
