Can I Set Up a CGY760R With My 18MZ Transmitter?
Title kinda says it all. Do I need the programmer (GBP-1) to set up a 760? I'm trying to avoid the expense and clutter of the programming box if my 18MZ (not WC) transmitter is an equal stand in. If the TX will serve the purpose, is it an equally useful stand-in? Is either the TX or programmer more functional than the other?

Cheers,

Bill

No. Must have the programmer unit. It is required. They removed the troubled OLED and replaced it on the 760 with the GBP-1. But at least you only need one if you have multiple 760's :-)Scott
