A full court press lynching!
I think the electorate will come to appreciate how corrupt the big picture really is. After all there is a saying...

SHAME ON YOU MARK for using that racist language, 'lynching'!

Of COURSE I am being a smart@ss. Yeah, its amazing. I know two things:

1. Trump will be elected as the POTUS for another 4 years (unless he goes into vapor lock, God help us all then) and....

2. When this happens, there will be miniature 'mushroom clouds' of liberals heads exploding all over this country.

It WILL be a GLORIOUS DAY when this occurs!

GOP STORMS THE SCIF

House Republican Whip Steve Scalise, R-La., claimed that Schiff "fled with the testifying witness" when roughly 50 Republicans, including several not on one of those three committees, went "face-to-face and demand access to ongoing impeachment proceedings."

Some Republicans asked to be arrested by Capitol police officers, Fox News has learned, hoping that it would help them make their case that Democrats are abusing the impeachment process.

Well done Mr. President and to those brave Patriots that took him down! I didn't like Obamma (and that is really putting it as nicely as I can) but he was Capt of the boat when Bin Laden was finally snuffed out. Credit given when credit is earned.

As for Nancy Pelosi, PLEASE someone just douse that witch with water and get it over with!

I keep asking myself what the MSM (main stream media) has in this fight.?.? OK liberals don't like Trump. Got it. Conservative didn't like Obama. Not much to ponder there. California wasn't able able to push Hilary through and they are upset about it. Again, don't need a Ouijaboard to predict that.

The mystery is, what does CNN, MSNBC, Washington Post, USAToday, etc get out of their agenda? Are they simply pandering to their readers? Is it simply the case that most of the papers USAToday sells go to San Francisco and the paper would be foolish to ignore that fact (I don't know where papers are sold)?

Or is it more sinister than that? Is it possible that a lot of entities thought they "bought" the favor of a political party and it appears it was wasted money? Is it possible that many groups "paid-to-play" feeling certain Hilary was going to be the next POTUS and waiting 8 years for the payoff isn't in their business plan?

Using the notion, "follow the money", I have to ask, what is CNN getting out of their reporting?

Lynching... Soon to be only whispered, and refereed to as the the "L" word when used in public. Using the complete word in a sentence will result in utter hatred by the politically correct and subsequent relegation to the status of the lowest-of-the-low. A word only to be used only by its victims.

Wikipedia:
Lynching is a premeditated extrajudicial killing by a group. It is most often used to characterize informal public executions by a mob in order to punish an alleged transgressor, convicted transgressor, or to intimidate a group. It can also be an extreme form of informal group social control, and it is often conducted with the display of a public spectacle (often in the form of hanging) for maximum intimidation.[1] Instances of lynchings and similar mob violence can be found in every society.

My take is that they are still upset that they wound up with egg on their face because they wrongfully predicted Trump would loose the election......

This Kangaroo Court is just incredible. I will also say I am so deeply ashamed of my fellow service members that have sold their souls for a buck. This LtCol Vindman, although I do not know him, I would be willing to bet that this guy's career is over (bad paper/mediocre performance) and he is prepping for retirement/resignation. Just watch, not soon after that, he will be working for CNN/MSNBC, etc and signing a book/movie deal. I also have to wonder what Adam Shifty promised him. This just seems to pop up more and more these days....Generals selling out to make a buck. It really is pathetic.

I could be completely wrong....but I doubt it. Either way, it is sad.

Yep. I think you are 100% correct. At some point advancement in the military becomes more about your politics and less about your performance. Since LtCol Vindaman is only a Light Colonel, and because he seems to have abandon the concept of chain-of-command, he almost certainly was neither good at his job or politics. As a service member he serves at the continence of his Commander and Chief. If he had an issue with the President of the United States, I'm sure there was a full Colonel that would have been willing to speak with him. If by chance the Colonel he worked for didn't listen to his concerns there was, without a doubt, a Brigadier General to talk to. If the BGen wasn't willing to listen, there was a Major General the BGen worked for that could look into the issue.

Everyone in the military works for someone ending in the Commander and Chief. At no point in the Chain of Command is Congress or the press.

I was in the Navy. As an Officer my chain of command was slightly different but here is the chain of command for someone who enlists in the Navy. Someone point to where Adam Schiff or any part of Congress steps in.
President of the United States
Vice President of the United States
Secretary of Defense (SECDEF)
Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV)
Chief of Naval Operations (CNO)
Chief of Naval Education and Training (CNET)
Commander NTC (CNTC)
Commanding Officer RTC (CO RTC)
Executive Officer RTC (XO RTC)
Military Training Officer (MTO)
Military Training Assistant (MTA)
Division Officer (DO)
Division Leading Chief Petty Officer (LCPO)
Company Commander (CC)
Recruit

I wonder.. By this vote has a precedent been set? By that I mean, from today forward, if a politician is suspected of using his her position in office for personal gain, can and should congress investigate them with the goal of removing them from office? Wouldn't that concept bring the action of our former Secretary of State or the last Vice President into question? It is my belief that the list of people in Congress that could be removed from office for the vary crimes Trump is being investigated for is VERY long.

And there is this... I suppose the greatest issue being discussed is that the President was looking into the (likely) crimes of someone he might be running against for reelection. If Trump is reelected in 2020, he functionally will have no political competitors. Without the chance of being reelected in 2024, he is free to wholesale call the leader of every country on the planet and ask about the doings of the 535 members of congress. It's not as if he would be using his office for political gain. What former President of the United States has ever run for a follow-on political office?

So many question. What a bizarre world.
