Synthetic grease for main and tail rotors
Is that ok for the dampers and other places where silicon grease is recommended?

I'm short, no.
The lubricant quality is fairly interchangable in most situations and perhaps better depending upon the lube. But the manufacturers choice of type depends on how the material being lubricated is going to react and possibly be damaged by the type of lubricant.
Unless you know they are compatible materials it's best to stick to factory recommendations.

for rubber and even plastic dampers its perfectly fine. Ive used moly (that nasty crap that turns everything dark grey), synthetic bearing grease, flouro-polymer, lithium based... they all work fine. Just dont over do it, grease tends to fly off and splatter on everything when used on high RPM assembliesshowing a preference will only get you into trouble, 90% of everything is crap...
