There is no throttle curve to set up, it is goverened. You have to have the Jetcat learn RC. The throttle channel on the turbine is linked to a three position switch on the transmitter. That turns it on, full idle, full throttle when done properly.
I would suggest reading a manual on this or looking for local help in setting this up. Once done, usually its all set.

You have to have the Jetcat learn RC first, very important!
What I did is used idle up switch for starting the turbine, using the throttle curve, normal all points 0 strait line, idle up 1 all points 50% strait line, idle up 2 all points 100% strait line, there is a special sequence before the turbine well starts once it starts and you are in idle up 2 the (turbine has a build-in governor) and you have two RPMs to choose from and is set at the factory and it is in the GSU data terminal the first one is like 950 RPM and the, just like I sent you in the PM.
P.S. sorry for the spelling or the grammar I am dyslexic!

Ok now what I don’t understand is I bind my radio to the helicopter and it runs all ready now i like the idea of using idle up switch right now it set to the slider in the back what I don’t understand is it all ready works but can’t control the rpm I must be doing something still wrong then so I have to learn the radio to the engine right I will read the manual I found online and see if that works does any one have a manual for the set up I’m using one I found but not sure if I’m understanding it right

Ok so I per the manual and all works great thanks guy for all your advice and help I’m actually using the rear slider on the dx9 I think I like that one. I ran the engine and it performed as it should next is set up the rest of the helicopter and fly it.

A slider is not the way to go, put it on a three position switch so that the positions are exact each time. You will have a problem on the slider sooner or later.

Yes plug it into an Aux channel which will allow you to use a 3 position switch. You will need to learn RC again to teach the ECU which end is off and which position is mid and high.

No throttle hold, no idle up. Set a linear pitch curve and you are done. -2 or 3 at low stick, to +10 or so at full stick.
You also do need a turbine waiver before you fly the helicopter. The test is taken with a non turbine model. You cannot fly at a AMA field without one, and are not covered by the AMA insurance without it either. I know some guys dont care about this, but you should. The test requirements are posted on the AMA website for you to see.
