Sleepy Joe
What a fool. He's concerned that we might get eight more years of Trump. The left is queing up for a train wreck next year. The MSM can't afford otherwise.

Even Joe is stretching to far to the left. He would have a strong chance if he stayed towards the center. IMO, Trump approval ratings mean nothing when it comes down to the final two. If the Dems can't find a near center candidate many will choose Trump again as the 'safer' bet.

Get Mark Levin's book "Unfreedom of the Press". Great read.

It'll be interesting. I feel like am waiting on the 2020 election like someone waits for the Superbowl. I should mention I don't particularly like football but usually watch 1/2 the game just for the spectacle (and to hang with friends). In this case I do have a team I hope wins but it's the spectacle that'll provide the entertainment.

My gut feeling is that Trump is going to win this one in a walkover. He won 2016 in a landslide and he has worked hard to fulfill his campaign promises. Despite what the MSM would have you believe, his constituency base, the people that elected him the first time, are still here and pretty happy with his performance. By contrast, the liberal side of the isle has become even more fractured (my opinion).

I've been so wrong, and so disappointed, so many times by these elections, I'm prepared for any outcome. No matter the outcome, it should be quite a show.

Yes and have you seen the movie Weekend at Bernies (remake) starring sleepy Joe?

No, I missed that one. I had assumed it was reference to the Herman's Hermits tune "Sleepy Joe" - arguably a tune that'll put anyone to sleep. No one is going to listen to this tune and say, "Oh, yea! These guys rock! I gotta have more of that."

Either reference will work. Neither is a compliment.

It's more like twelve years when Pence gets elected twice after Trump's last term.

'Joe' is his own worst enemy and that is great. He is already done, he just doesn't realize it yet.

Someone has a theory that after the train wreck, Moochelle would come in to save the day and give Donald a run for his money.

I mentioned earlier that I thought Trump might win the next election. Apparently I’m not alone. Notice this is on MSN - not a news source know to support Trump.

Trump will win again, so long as folks don't take it for granted. There were very few predictions that he would win in 2016, one of them had nothing to do with any pols, it was simply the odds that the american public would tolerate the same party in the white house longer than 8 years... Pretty sure there is a similar stat that the voting public does not change party for second term very often when the ecconomy is holding up...

Whenever democrats start beating the drums of messing with gun rights they also tend to pay a price at the pols. Many dems are gun owners, and i think that number has increased recently. When the grabbers start shouting, the unintended consequences tend to bite them on the backside.

It's the part after the comma I wonder about. It doesn't seem like a time in history where people are apathetic about their politics but as I said before, I've been wrong before.
