If you have a smart phone with a USB to micro USB charging cable, that may work. I use the cable off my Galaxy S7 to set up my Brain2/Icon2 units. Not all USB to micro USB cables will work, but the ones designed to carry data will and the Galaxys from the S7 up should all have that cable.Allen Dye

One of two things is happening:
You are asking the wrong person at the store or you are asking for the wrong cable.
If you walk into Best Buy and say "I need a USB cable for the MSH mini Brain2 flybarless controller", the floor person will look at you like you just landed from Mars. I wouldn't expect them to know that.
If you say "I need a USB cable to download pictures to my PC from my Android phone" they will take to a rack that has them in different lengths, colors and costs.

You can find the correct USB cable at Target, WalMart, K-Mart, Best Buy, Fry's Electronics, Staples, AT&T Wireless store, Apple Store, Verizon phone store, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile - the corner gas station.
They are not special.
It is not a custom cable made for MSH FBL controllers.

It is used in 99% of all Android phones as the charger cable.

Or...
You are actually asking about this MSH USB Adapter:
Remote USB - Black [MSH51611]
But, while this part can be used on all Brain / Brain2 / iKON / iKON2, it is only a required part for the micro-Brain / micro-Brain2 / micro-iKON / micro-iKON2.
The MSH51611 is not needed on the mini.
But, you always need the USB cable too.

I would argue that , the 2 mini ikons I programmed this summer required it.

The Male A to micro b 5- pin cable that is recommended does not fit into mini brain adapter. Maybe I need that MSH 51611 cable in addition to programming cable.

My bad - and my apologies.
The Brain2 mini and the Brain2 micro need the MSH 51611 USB Module before you can plug them into a USB cable.

Check MSH Electronics in Europe - I think they have them in stock:

https://www.msh-electronics.com/shop/remote-usb-black/

I have a Brain2 mini and I use the MSH Bluetooth Module for IOS/Android/PC MSH51610 instead of the USB adapter.
If you can find one of those, the Bluetooth will be discovererable by a Windows PC with Bluetooth and you can do everything you need to do.
