The Naughty List
The full list of known indictments and plea deals in Mueller’s probe

1) George Papadopoulos, former Trump campaign foreign policy adviser, was arrested in July 2017 and pleaded guilty last October to making false statements to the FBI. He got a 14-day sentence.

2) Paul Manafort, Trump’s former campaign chair, was indicted on a total of 25 different counts by Mueller’s team, related mainly to his past work for Ukrainian politicians and his finances. He had two trials scheduled, and the first ended in a conviction on eight counts of financial crimes. To avert the second trial, Manafort struck a plea deal with Mueller in September 2018 (though Mueller’s team said in November that he breached that agreement by lying to them).

3) Rick Gates, a former Trump campaign aide and Manafort’s longtime junior business partner, was indicted on similar charges to Manafort. But in February he agreed to a plea deal with Mueller’s team, pleading guilty to just one false statements charge and one conspiracy charge.

4) Michael Flynn, Trump’s former national security adviser, pleaded guilty last December to making false statements to the FBI.
AWAITING SENTENCING

5-20) 13 Russian nationals and three Russian companies were indicted on conspiracy charges, with some also being accused of identity theft. The charges related to a Russian propaganda effort designed to interfere with the 2016 campaign. The companies involved are the Internet Research Agency, often described as a “Russian troll farm,” and two other companies that helped finance it. The Russian nationals indicted include 12 of the agency’s employees and its alleged financier, Yevgeny Prigozhin.

21) Richard Pinedo: This California man pleaded guilty to an identity theft charge in connection with the Russian indictments, and has agreed to cooperate with Mueller. He was sentenced to 6 months in prison and 6 months of home detention in October.

22) Alex van der Zwaan: This London lawyer pleaded guilty to making false statements to the FBI about his contacts with Rick Gates and another unnamed person based in Ukraine. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail and has completed his sentence.

23) Konstantin Kilimnik: This longtime business associate of Manafort and Gates, who’s currently based in Russia, was charged alongside Manafort with attempting to obstruct justice by tampering with witnesses in Manafort’s pending case this year.

24-35) 12 Russian GRU officers: These officers of Russia’s military intelligence service were charged with crimes related to the hacking and leaking of leading Democrats’ emails in 2016.

36) Michael Cohen: In August, Trump’s former lawyer pleaded guilty to 8 counts — tax and bank charges, related to his finances and taxi business, and campaign finance violations — related to hush money payments to women who alleged affairs with Donald Trump, as part of a separate investigation in New York (that Mueller had handed off). But in November, he made a plea deal with Mueller too, for lying to Congress about efforts to build a Trump Tower in Moscow.
SENTENTED-3 years

Finally, there is one other person Mueller initially investigated, but handed over to others in the Justice Department to charge: Sam Patten. This Republican operative and lobbyist pleaded guilty to not registering as a foreign agent with his work for Ukrainian political bigwigs, and agreed to cooperate with the government.

The Obama administration was so corrupt an entire book would be required just to create an outline.

The fact that Obama got away with supplying machine guns to the drug cartels doesn't mean crimes weren't committed. Benghazi will never be forgotten. The IRS attacks on conservatives may have been the worst abuse of power in this country...Lois Lerner was the Obama henchman.

I could go on, but my fingers would wear out before I could finish.

There is an old saying: "For my friends there is everything. For my enemies there is the law". Ironically, I last heard it quoted by Vladimir Putin. The meaning is that if you're not liked, all that is required is imposition of the law to the Nth degree.

What you are seeing is the practical application of the principle. A message is being sent that if you are affiliated with Trump, there is the law.

If you study the offences, most of them didn't commit a crime until they made a false statement or in some other way "obstructed justice". Let's not forget, (Bill) Clinton was impeached for the same thing. He wasn't impeached for sex acts while in the performance of his duties. He was impeached for lying to congress. Let's also not forget how that ended. The House of Representative impeached him and sent its findings to the Senate - which could have cared less. I would suggest almost everyone on the list could be granted a pardon for many of their "crimes" and the country would be better for it.

Hey Chas, do you really think that Clinton Crime Family is lily white? Who has the blinders on, now? As soon as the Obama DOJ and FBI is gutted, we will see how many Democrats are charged with crimes. The swamp is rising faster then it can be drained.

agreed...
lets not forget the obvious concerning the democratic party...

they are the party of jim crow, they were the party of slavery, they are the party that allowed a nazi rally to enter the halls of congress and display their banner, they were the party that brought us welfare, they are the parties in control of the worst cities in terms of poverty, crime and corruption in this country, and they are the party that has now brought us sanctuary cities... and they have been in power over the last 100 years 2X more on average than the republican party.

My comment: I don't care if the country is run by an organized crime unit as long as it is for the betterment of the country as a whole and drives the liberals mad.

You can "suppose" and accuse all you want. The facts of the matter are as stated above. President Trump's administration is now second only to President Nixon in indictments and court proceedings. You can accuse President Clinton and President Obama all you want, but that will not change the facts.

Some of the information did come from Vox, but also other sources. The president record also lists the information at posted above.

RM-----The Republican party only came into existence in 1854. President Abraham Lincoln was the first president, in 1860, to run under and be elected as a "Republican". Since his election there have been 19 Republican Presidents, and 13 Democratic Presidents. So as you can see, the Democratic party has not been in power more times than the Republican Party.

Saying the Democratic Party has been in power 2x more over the last 100 years could not be more wrong. (Well it could if you would have said 3x more)

Possibly your facts have only proven the Democratic party is far more fixated on prosecuting the Republican party than the converse. Possibly the Democratic party's response to the Republican party being in office is to try and hobble Republicans with litigation. I can't say that was the case in the past but it certainly seems to the case for this President and his team. The Democratic party has publicly said their strategy is to tie up the President's agenda in the courts.

Or maybe, maybe we are beginning to see the FBI for the political organization it really is. My personal opinion is that James Comey and the FBI had all their eggs in the Hillary for President basket and when she lost, their best defense was to go on offence. How exactly is Trump supposed to untangle the FBI/Hillary snarl if he is perpetually responding to unsubstantiated accusations?

bull$hit Chas :

Senate control by party in the past 100 years
Democrats: 66 years
Republicans: 34

House control by party in the past 100 years
Democrats: 57 years
Republicans: 27 years
Neither Party: 16 years

Full Congress and White House control by party in the past 100 years
Democrats: 35 years
Republicans: 16 years
Neither Party: 49 years

Party control of White House
Democrats: 52 years
Republicans: 48 years

and for your information... the white house doesnt run the country... congress and senate do.... the executive branch is solely responsible for enforcing laws passed by them.

"the white house doesn't run the country." wow. didn't trump say the other day that he would shut down the federal government if he didn't get funding for the wall? isn't the justice department asking the Supreme Court to enforce a ban on transgenders in the military? didn't a 7 year old girl die at the border after being arrested? didn't trump threaten GM's CEO if she went away with layoffs? Didn't Trump publicly criticize his own choice to head the Fed when another round of interest rate hikes became a possibility? But the country is run by Congress? There's stupid, and then there's really stupid. We may have to create a third category.

yup need a whole new category for people like you...

trump say the other day that he would shut down the federal government... guess what... he cant.

asking the Supreme Court to enforce a ban on transgenders in the military.. they can ask all they want, aint happening.

didn't a 7 year old girl die at the border after being arrested?
you have any clue how many bodies of children we find in the Rio Grande river each week that inst reported? maybe you should try living in south texas and get a clue.

Didn't Trump publicly criticize his own choice... SO? we all make mistakes, many of us were even divorced to prove a point that mistakes are made.
if this wasn't the case no one would ever get fired from a job or quit one. so grow up.

didn't trump threaten GM's CEO? with what... you think they care?

you have failed to recognize that the country as a whole has been going down hill no matter who sits in the oval office as they only serve 8 years max, two of which are spent fighting to keep the job. but congress and senate have no term limits... some have been in office their entire lives amassing tens of millions during their tenure.

the prez can bark and make threats all he wants, but $hit doesn't get done unless the congress deems it so and senate pushes it up PERIOD. isn't this obvious by watching the news?

thanks to Woodrow Wilson who first realized this... the true power lies in un-elected bureaucrats put in place by the senate and thought up by the congress. Every goddamn alphabet agency runs our lives and the country now, the IRS, FBI, EPA, CIA, DHS, FCC, FAA, DOT, FDA, BATF all being the biggest and accountable to no one. and now the media who's role is to distract us like the pretty blonde assistant at a magicians show. youre nothing but sheep, and you mentality shows it to be so.

This is 100% the fault of her parents for putting her deliberately in harm's way.
