550X Rotor Head
Does anybody know if the 550X feathering spindle and thrust bearings are the same as the older 550/600 rotor heads? The manual does not have the part numbers...

Yeah, that is what I thought too, but it's hard to be sure based on the documentation. I don't have one to look, but I would like to try that rotor head for my 600 Nitro. I'm buying the parts for the upgrade...

I used the 600 EFL head for my 600N.
They are the same

They are not the same!

Trex550X uses 8x14x4.5mm thrust bearing while the Trex600EFL uses 6x14x5mm (H60001). The older generation spindle for 550/600(N) is 8mm spindle shaft but necked down to 6mm for the thrust.
