Have you tried tinkercad it's very easy to use I picked it up pretty easy it's a web based systemThe world is round you can run but you will always end up where you started from

i have tried a lot of the 3d cad software and the learning curve is way too steep and i am not willing to spend any more time learning,
most of the time i can make the part on the milling machine faster than i can set up to draw
