Ok so I changed out the fbl unit to one of my old vbar 5.3 well the shaking was still there but the cyclic feels way better without having to a just the expo to make it faster it feels fast again and smooth with out the big lag feeling .
I did put my buddy's blades on and with his blades it hovers with a lot lower head speed. So that means the blades KDS sold me are out of balance or this heli just doesn't like them so now to look for another set of blades .
But I have to decide to keep it at the 600 size or put it back to the 5.5 and run 550 blades .

From my personal experience
Unless you plan on swapping motors, and possibly cell count.
all you end up is a huge amp draw and no real gains in performance or stability.

So I would have higher amp draw running as a 600 verses to the 550 running on 6s

I thought the 550 had a higher amp draw and was harder on pack and the 600 would have a lighter disk load but no probblem I can put the 550 boom back on in just a few minutes just need to find a good set of 550 blades

Dont need to shorten boom at all.

Plenty good info in the whole thread as well as low head speed area overall.

That was interesting so a set of 570 blades with 600 size boom lower head speed ok .

On my friends 550 blades with my set up I was getting around 6 minutes of hover time in the back yard

The large the disc, the larger the load on the power train.

Very evident in nitro. The 700S suck the juice, compared to 30/550.

So I was thinking the wrong way thanks guys for setting me on the right path
I was thinking bigger blades better floating time and easier on packs and better response but I didn't have that with this setup.

Our options are gear ratio, motor KV and cell count.

The trick is to decide on a flying preference first and to determine your headspeed. Then from there you select the rest to achieve the lowest amp draw.
~ 10:1:4.6 ish I find optimal for a gear ratio.(to help control amp load)
Decide on a cell count and then select The right KV.

I don't think I can change my gear ratio that much I think KDS only offers a 21 Or 22 pinion

I just checked they offer a 20 21 22 pinion and the stock is a 21

So in your case go with the 20t
That will drop the amp load from there, your choice becomes motor KV and cell count.
since you already have 6S find a lower KV motor to suit your needs .

So I did the first forward flight and a couple of flips and rolls with this heli this evening all went well I just need to do a little tweaking on the fbl unit but so far it's the best it's felt so far.
Thanks to all for your input and advice.
So now I need to choose a good set of main blades my friend is running RJX 550 on his and I used them on mine today and they felt really good and good pop to them so I might try to find a set of them . But I will look at others also.
I like blades that have a lot of pop and punch to them . This heli flys verry light I was surprised for being a 7.7 pound bird.

I just need to do a little twerking on the fbl unit
now that would be very funny.

showing a preference will only get you into trouble, 90% of everything is crap...
