It’s amazing the out come of many situations when the answer seems obvious. Regarding the driver cutting across three lanes, it’s due to a techinicality. That is what lawyers do best and from many documentaries, there is little known publicity about “Patent Trolling”. It cost businesses billions of dollars and lawyers are the spear head of it...It’s very eye opening.

This is why commercial insurance is expensive and it all comes down to protection & liability. August is national insurance awareness month. We urge everyone to have enough protection to transfer the risk when it comes to our health, wealth and while doing the everyday thing.

If we are not planning properly, we are planning for failure. GOD forbid, in the scenario about the car flirting with the semi ... what would happen to the occupants if it had gone very very bad? Lives would be changed due to a driver’s action? Homes be lost, Estate Taxes, Probate, children’s lively hood/educated all impacted compoinded by emotional losses.

To be fair, I’ve always believe in the 80/20 rule. Not all lawyers are out for money. We’ve worked with many that want to help people. Can’t do that from the outside. That is why we are on a national campaign to help instill moral values & financially educate one family at a time every day, knowing we did our part to make a difference.

Biggest problem in the world is IGNORANCE. To fight against ignorance, we need to educate ourselves. The true word for “EDUCATED” is for an individual to be able to obtain anything w/o violating anyone/anything while in the process of obtaining ones goal.

It all starts with the right attitude. A bad attitude is like a flat tire, if we want to go somewhere ... we got to change it.

Speaking of "Patent Trolling”, I understand there are those who try to obtain as many as possible of broad wordy (hope that word is not patented) patents, without any intention of protecting, but simply to provide a means to sue others who might infringe on some of their wording.

I think about the hereafter. I go somewhere to get something, then wonder what I'm here after ?

That is Correct!

“Trolls” can not sue without “Lawyers” and the legal representation cost $hit load of $$$!!!!

Most businesses don’t have the time nor the resources to have a lengthy court battle and reluctantly settle out of court.

Research, learn and empower ourselves!
