Getting ready for winter
Started getting stuff for the winter a little early going to have another major surgery so will be stuck at the house for six or so months. I'm going to try to be patient and finish them. I get frustrated and never complete most of my scale stuff, end up giving it away. Have about everything I need to complete them I'm going to drop gas mechanics in the 429 and stretched 600 mechanics in the 500E. Going up to get the four and five bladed head's this week, not sure what FBL unit to go with I never really setup anything FBL before so going to be a learning curve for me but pretty motivated to complete them.

I wish you the best in your upcoming surgery!
Once you are able to, I see your have a nice comfortable area to work on your scalers and that is great.
I recommend the Bavarian demon units but there are more experienced than I who can provide input to help you make a wise choice. Take care!

Nice looking projects. I recommend the Naza-H or the Sprint Pro with Geolink, but I really like that added safety factor.

I wish you the best in your coming surgery!

And great luck with the builds after .. wishing you many hrs of enjoyment .. No gyro suggestions ,, as I have a lot of older units , since you can pick them up cheap .. But maybe get one of the newer more popular units , so you can get help with it online . They are a little hard to understand some times

As a newbie to flybarless systems, I found the Bavarian Demon was very easy to set up. I took my time with the laptop and 2 hours later, my heli flew perfectly.

Thank you everyone
Still have few month's before surgery going to try to have everything before then. Just need to figure out the torque tube The trex 700 tube is too short but the 800 is too long. Going to get up to RC Aerodyn and get the remaining things I need this week while I have a few days off. It's pretty hard gong in that place Cliff always shows me all the cool toys that I cant get, But he always has something that I can get without Hearing my wife's mouth for the next two months. Gong to get started on the gas Mechanics after work tomorrow ill post some pics.

Have to say +1 on the Demon. I'm doing the same ongoing retrofit as Stan.
