Watching that was hard. The USA is in trouble and going down hill fast. The kids know nothing and the teachers only make it worse. Disgusting !!!

Kids today are so freaking stupid and uninformed. I lay the blame on the parents. And the educators that are doing their best to warp their young minds. Ship them all to some socialist country and let them live there for a while and see how great it's not.Gerry Cullan,

The 2 min mark is sooo funny. Back then you were in HS and out of touch, but now you are so 'enlightened', and still don't know what is going on in the world you live in.

Kids are so stupid?...
I have asked 20 or so 50-80 year olds the question about how Obama got the Nobel peace prize. No one knew why or how. Even Obama’s staff argued about whether or not to accept it. Bottom line Trump has done more to promote peace with North Korea than Obama did because Obama was nominated 9 days after taking office.

I don’t think youth understand communism or socialism. Capitalism has its same faults.

I've traveled/worked/lived in 29 countries. With what I've seen and experienced, I'll take our capitalistic democratic republic any day of the week. Do we have faults in our system? Darn right we do. But it's still way better that what is out there.

If the USA is so bad, then why are so many people hell-bent on coming here?

I have traveled/lived/or worked in 15 countries. If you have money, you can live very nicely in just about any of them (minus Mexico). No money, they can pretty much all stink.

Instead of showing Beverly Hills, maybe we should show more of watts and Harlem to the world. Maybe then they would not be so hell-bent on getting here.

Heli-Splatter, I hear you on Mexico, as that is on my list. But as bad as Mexico was, Venezuela was worse, at least until I had to go to Bogata Columbia. Just when you think a place is about as bad as it can get, sure enough, you find someplace worse.

I spent so much time in Japan that I actually had a Japanese name, Kuma-San (クマサン), which translates as Mr. Bear due to my size and facial hair.

My wife is from the Philippines, and her and my two daughters just spent 5 weeks over there visiting her family (daughters are 6 and 10). It was a eye opener to say the least for my girls. But, and I am so very proud of them, they didn't complain one time, and they always shared with their relatives everything they had. They miss their relatives, but are darn happy to be back. They learned a lot...and that is what I wanted. There are some great countries on this planet, but none are equal to ours. Yes, we have faults, but not like other nations.

Can someone explain to me why people on this planet continue to bring children into this world with no hope of providing for them?

I'm so tired of people having 5 kids in impoverished or war torn parts of the world showing up at various boarders and saying "let me in. For the love of the children save us." It's my opinion that many of the world worst places to live are in large part ****holes simply because people continue to reproduce without being able to pay for them. Given this opinion, it shouldn't surprise anyone that I don't want to let these people in because I don't want my country look like theirs. If someone has 5 kids in abject poverty in drug torn Peru, and if they come to this country and say, "for the love of my kids, let us in", am I out of line to ask, "why did you think it was a good idea to reproduce in a ghetto"? Am I the bad guy for asking why do you keep breeding like rabbits in Hattie when your island won't support the people living there now? Who is the bad guy, me for asking what was your plan for all those kids, or you for bringing children into this world that really have little hope beyond poverty?
"Well, nothing bad can happen now."

Nope, there are others equal or better. It is comments such as this that welcome hoards of people to our shores and borders.

You are correct. If you look at the great countries in Europe you will see the strong turn to socialism as they embrace the progressives' ideals.
At the end of WWII, it was imperative the US stay in Europe and develop a strong defense for the sake of Europe and the rest of the world. But most of Europe has latched on to Islam and the evil it brings. London has greatly increased their murder rate and no longer can be considered safe. Canada and the US have issued travel warnings for the UK. I suspect the European countries we are protecting will erode to the point they are not worth protecting.
