No, but Century as a whole was one of the worst companies to deal with when it came to customer service and would constantly blame the customer for their screw ups....

When you have the time and inclination, do some searches on Century and you'll see what I mean....

The short answer to your 2nd part is "Don't do either".

What you want is a salvage Goblin 700 "donor-copter" that was crashed and the owner didn't have the $$$ to fix it.
You can find them on RR or HF and you can post a "Wanted to Buy" ad to see what pops-up

Having a list of parts is easy: Download the Goblin 700 manual from http://www.goblin-helicopter.com/shop/download.php and start comparing the assembly instructions and the the parts list at the back of the manual.
But, what you will find is the parts will cost you WAY more than buying a new kit.

If you bought a new Goblin 700 kit, you can;
A) Sell the unused parts on RR
Or...
B) Have what you need to convert back when / if you get tired of the gasser
There is a C:
C) Buy a Goblin 650 / 700 Black Nitro (new or used) and run an OS GT15HZ

I bought a Goblin 570 donor-copter and the conversion kit from Gas Powered Helicopters. The total cost didn't break the bank.

They still make those? Everything I have ever heard about them screams grenade, just wait for it to blow.
Team Synergy, Team FBL Rotors-------if its not broke...it will be!

The Goblin 700 gasser remains one of the best gassers available. Gas Powered Thoughts owned by Carey Shurley is where you can find them.

I am not a fan of the OS GT15, underpowered and way too many blew up. OS is releasing a new version, time will tell if they addressed the design issues.
