I love Quick UK parts. They are Soo smooth all over with no sharp edges and gorgeous anodizing, they feel like fine velvet in my hands. Those who think they have seen good stock OEM machining by current brands today just don't even know.

Going back to post #13 on Tuesday (today is Thursday), I received my order from Matt at Synergy. It took exactly two days for someone to post that Synergy had what I needed before I was holding them. Two days from post to installed. What a world we live in.

Here are a few pictures of what I had been doing. I have about 5 sets of the QuickUK needle valve adjusters but didn't have any more for my new Align 700XN. If anyone is interested in this solution the proper screw size is 2.5mm.

These are the Synergy items that arrive today. $5.00 each and that included shipping. Screw and star washer included. Nice machining and pretty anodizing. No - I don't work for Synergy.

Why did you notch the allen screw? Also where and how does that washer work? I have some them but did not understand how they are assembled.

He used the screw notch to mark the needle valve before he received the needle valve markers and installed them. The lock washer goes between the needle valve and the marker, used to keep them from slipping as they are being used

Thanks Jerry... I meant to answer this earlier but I was out of the country.
