Thanks.

Have you checked the check valve?

If the check valve is okay, check/ change your fuel lines, especially the fuel pickup line inside the fuel tank. A hole/ crack in the line will cause it to go lean mid tank.

If the check valve was installed the wrong way, that motor would not “run well” for 1/2 tank......

Won’t hurt anything checking, though......

Sometimes if tubing is lower than carb it can cause inconsistent flow or a lock not letting fuel flow freely . Try anything different to get better results even if it doesn't make sense .I stole it ,flew it and gave it back ;)

It uses crank pressure and a check valve,tank/fuel line location isn't the problem. But good adviceLivin'............

1.25 on low needle ? try opening another .25 and then tune mid and high . Might just want more . Tubing thickness in tank is worth looking at .I stole it ,flew it and gave it back ;)

You state after 1/2 tank which basically says to me there is a factor tied directly to fuel level, SO... Exposure of fuel components inside tank to either fuel or air may be a result.

it cant be vapor lock... as the engine heats up pretty quickly and would show this despite what the fuel level is. so tuning is almost ruled out.

so I say try putting in a 1/4 tank and see if it results in the same thing... if it does somethings wrong with the plumbing.

You have a fuel delivery issue. If the engine goes lean at any point in the run that means the the fuel flow was constrained somehow. Do all the checks that everyone else has advised and then add this.

After the engine starts up and idles for a bit do a quick test hover, land and pull the vent line on the tank and see if it's pressurized. If it fails there is a leak.

One other thought ....

Remove the needles and check for any obstruction which would effect fuel flow..... for example, a small piece of silicone that may have found its way from sealant used to seal the muffler to engine block ......
