I am sure they're a few fuselages that will work but you probably wont be able to utilize the rear battery loading capabilities in most cases. An md500 with the engine bay doors made to be open or an EC145 with the clamshell doors made to open are a couple of options

Vario BK 117 is perfect for this.... yes I am selling one at this time but seriously...
EC 135, EC 145, BK 117 all have rear clam shell doors, so you can load a pack from the rear...

So I think I have this figured out. The battery tray does not need to be removed to change batteries. I can load from the front.
