Marvelcraft Agusta A109.
Just got an A109 by Marvelcraft that I'm putting Freya mechanics into. The kit didn't have building plans/instructions. Anyone know if these came with any originally?
The lot I got is not a lot, but I thank God a lot for the lot I got!

The only real part of the instructions was how to assemble the lower woodwork for the trex mechanics. Quite frankly, if you going to install a freya in there, make your own baseplate to fasten the mechanics to and go from there. Its a scratch built type of fuse.

Hi Notar,
Yeah, I'm thinking about using the little M4 studded rubber isolator mounts to secure the mechanics, so I'll need to do some customization. I remember using these on my GMP Cobra landing gear many years ago and they really did help with my learning to fly!

Do you guys know if it's possible to get a little forward tilt on the mechanics? The full size Agusta is really cute dropping it's rear end while hovering! The lot I got is not a lot, but I thank God a lot for the lot I got!

Tilt..
You might be able to get a little forward by sanding a little off the bottom of the front woodwork..But that depends how high your tailboom exits your mechanics. Dry fit, then dry fit, then dry fit again, then see if you can make a mod!!

Stan is correct, your tailboom will most likely limit your ability to put any forward tilt in the mechanics. I'm building the thunder tiger a109 with xcell mechanics and what I did to get the tilt was lose the tailboom. The xcell's universal coupler on its tube drive system makes it easy to do since it allows you to angle the mechanics.
