Love DJI / Hate Their Policies
DJI is creating such a nanny state with their drones. They are trying so hard to please the alphabets in Washington that they are not making a nice connection with their customers. There is such a thing as personal responsibility.

Don't get me wrong I like DJI product but their customer service is poor when you are stuck with question you need to find your own answer.

There are a lot of videos on Youtube that will answer the simple questions. For the others, there are places like this. Post a question, who knows.

I will connect my drone to Dumbledore and NLD software anytime.
DJI is what the book 1984 was written about.

I agree.. Every time I want to fly my MavicPro I have to upgrade software, upgrade firmware, agree to new terms, take a test, upgrade the phone, accept multiple alerts, turn to the right, cough twice,..... then ready to fly (maybe).
