I just bought a blade nano cps and bound it to my dx6i. I went step by step of the dx6i setup in the manual. The radio model has been reset any times. Here is a list of issues I'm having.
-in normal flight head starts to spool at half throttle.
-if I flip the gyro switch it flies in 0 position and acts as throttle hold in 1 position with full collective movement.
-when I flip the flight mode switch the blades go full neg pitch as they should, but I have no throttle until half stick when the bird jumps off the ground and just climbs. While in the air I only saved the heli by flipping back into "normal" mode.
-when I use the throttle hold switch it cuts everything, I have 0 inputs.
The bird is 2 days old. The radio is an older dx6i and works fine on drones and simulators. The batteries are 1s 150-210 45c eflite batteries with a few proline 1s 210 45c batteries. All the batteries charge just fine. They have been cycled on my Hitec charger.
I love the way the bird flies but I want the full experience out of it. Any input would be great.
