Too many variables to just throw out a number. Speed and torque of servos, servo arm length, different blades and headspeed all contribute to the cyclic gain number.
While I don't have that heli, I have the VBC and Neo on at least 6 of my helis.
I have dialed the chclic gain up, never got to the point it oscillated but to the point where when I did a small cyclic movement, it sounded like it was starting to get jumpy out of the hole. A small movement made a loud cyclic sound for the first few degrees of actual movement. The helis was just a bit too crisp. Then I backed it down from there where it sounded smooth when cyclic input was applied.
