If you have a computer that can handle it (mine has issues), DaVinci Resolve is one of the best.

Shotcut (not "Shortcut" )
There are some things about it that I don't like (I cannot blur a object in the shot (E: license plate) and have the "blur" track the object across the clip)
I still rate it 9 out of 10.
It will render in about 20 different formats

It runs on Windows, Mac and Linux
