I resolved all of my issues with the 180CFX with the exception of the collective pitch turning this machine into a pogo stick. It will stay in a hover as long as you do not have to adjust the collective pitch. When you do it bounces up in the air. You try to bring it down and it crashes into the ground. I have had this happen with two 180's. One was the Spektrum controller which I just gave up on and bought a new one. The new one is doing it now with an iKon controller. A smarter man might just give up on these things altogether. When it spools up the motor is smooth and has a nice even sound to it. The collective is steady when observed by holding the machine while it's running. Can I possibly be the only person on earth with this issue? (I am not a beginner by any stretch. Lots of heli's and they all fly great.)

I have replaced the gears in one servo and will certainly look at the others. I am not so worried about binding servo linkage as I am loose servo linkage. The swashplate does have a lot of play in it that is caused by the inferior connection of the servo rods to the servo arms. I am thinking of fabricating ball links in that location. I've had a few good suggestions over on HeliFreak as well. Thank you.

One bad servo, connected to one FBL controller will give the apperance of 3 bad servos.
