Judging by the price it may have high time components which are approaching their mandatory life limits.

Thought these helis were around 250K new? even if needs a few parts, 65 seems cheap but I'm not full size pilot, maybe replacement parts are too high to justify it.

The price is cheap because it only has 120 hrs left on it before it has to be sent back to the manufacturer for a rebuild. Jeff

What is your interpretation of this ?? The 5 yrs statement??

“more than 120 hours and 5 years left to next rebuild.”

The manufacturer sets both a calendar and an hour limit. The helicopter becomes an expensive mailbox post whenever the first limitation is reached. If you fly 120 hours before the 5 yrs, the heli must be returned to the manufacturer for a rebuild (for a fee of course)

Not sure the cost but new blades are expensive.

The difference in the price of a timed out airframe and a low time one approximates the cost of the rebuild
