Take some measurements and peruse McMaster-Carr for something close.

In a pinch, a rubberband around the tank and select components will keep the tank in place until replacements are located.

I could be wrong but I think he’s referring to the fuel line grommet....ie, the grommet where the fuel pickup line goes through and into the tank .... those tend to leak over time ....Been there, done that and old enough to know better.....

Not at all, Mike.... you could be right......

The OP didn't fully describe what he's after..... I'm just "assuming" it's the fuel grommet.....

You know what happens when you assume !!!

Years ago, Ron Lund offered a "leak proof" grommet/stopper that was reportedly the cat's meow..... but, Ron Lund retired and I don't think anyone picked up where he left off with that part.....

Edit: LOL !!! We had just about the identical conversation about a two years ago on this thread !! How time passes.......

If my assumption is correct you can use synergy one but also you have to buy the nipple for it. It is a tight fit but does work.Full Throttle Spooning Leads To Forking

I can't believe this. Last week I went to fly my OLD raptor 30V1 and the header tank and main tank grommets were dry rotted and FELL out! I could not find any replacement grommets. I had to throw away the TT header tank and go direct to the main tank. I did have another heli to get the tank out of. I sure wish Ron would have stayed open. Ron, reopen the shop!!!

A friend of mine, did a replacement of grommet and plastic fitting for a trex 600 running a metal fitting.

The grommet and plastic fitting is the Same as raptor header tank...

I found that the grommet in the TT header tanks was the same grommet. I also found that the header tanks were more readily available than the chopper specific tanks. Not bad for $5

Leave fuel in the tank and the grommets will not dry out, needing replacement.

Before flying, fill header tank half in Order that grommets remain with glow... Wait 5 minutes.

Continue pumping glow and enjoy the ride...
