One of my friends recently purchased a partially built/unflown Goblin 700. I'm going to complete the build for him and do the shake-down flights. The heli came with 630 mm blades and he was told that they would be just fine for this heli. They look WAY to small and my guess is that he really should get 690 mm to 700 mm blades. Realistically, what is the smallest blades that you'd fly on this heli?

Thanks for your help!

Me, personally, I wouldn't fly anything smaller than 690mm. I have a G700, and with the weight, I just don't think it would fly well on anything smaller.

Thank you for your reply. My friend purchased this as a "shop heli" from a major retailer and was told that the 630 mm blades would be just fine. Thank you for confirming that the blades are way too short.

My biggest machine is an Align 800. These Goblins are nice!
