My experience.
I wanted a Ford Raptor. Could just afford it as long as all stayed the way it was. It was really nice.
Circumstances changed, moved and overtime stopped. Finances got close so we got rid of it. Absolutely resented the truck that replaced it, it was nice and it was also new but not a Raptor.
Wish I hadn’t gotten the Raptor because now I know what I miss.
If you can’t comfortably afford the Vette then you may end up where I did. Resentful of changes. Wish I didn’t know what I miss and still thinking, maybe someday.

Just flip a coin already!

I used to think I wanted a corvette until I drove one. I don't like lying down while driving. I prefer to see what's in front of my bumper.
Maybe you could rent one for a weekend to try out.
My old 75 Monte Carlo used to eat corvette's, just never saw the appeal of paying high insurance for the " looks" .
