If anyone out there is the owner of the above muffler and wouldn’t mind taking some accurate measurements I would very much appreciate it.
Specifically what I’m after is:

Distance from mounting face to outside of tube
Diameter of tube at widest point
Length of tube from forward most point to centre of mounting bolts

Thank you in advance.

Did you ever get an answer to your question? I meant to get back to this but got busy with other things and forgot about it.

How exact do your dimensions need to be? I have a Powerboost but I'm not anxious to remove it. If you don't need dimensions to the .001", I think I can get you what you need - when the sun comes up.

No I never got a reply, but still keen to - measurements don't need to be that accurate, within a couple of mm should do it which should be easily achievable using a measure with the muffler in place.
I have the measurements of a muffler that I know fits my installation and just need to compare to either disregard the powerboost or keep it in mind as a possible.

I just came in from the garage.

Using my calipers and just eyeballing the best I can, I came up with the below numbers. I have a surface plate and height gauge but it'd be a job to get them out. I'd also have to remove the pipe and I'd like to avoid that if it's not necessary. Hopefully these numbers are close enough. Hopefully these number verify you have more than enough room for the intended purpose.

- Mount face to outside of tube: ~78mm.

- Dia of tube at widest point: the widest part of the tube is very close to 50mm but the mount is a bit wider still. The absolute widest part at the mount is ~52mm.

- Lenght from front to center of bolts: ~86mm.

If any of these measurement are very close to not fitting, let me know and I'll see if I can get a more exact measurement.

Cheers,

Bill
