Very tempting, very nice, very complicated,
So that's what next huh were sticking smart phones/ Android devices into transmitters.

I like the idea

spending time, paying attention

I was most impressed with the price

It's not $3,000 like Jr and Futaba

And not offering the old technology

At least this is bright fresh

I am switching over from Futaba and Spektrum to Graupner. A little more to learn but nothing a helicopter pilot cant figure out. Heck I can setup a VBar I can program a Graupner TX. Actually was easier as I got used to where everything is on the menus.

One could make a hobby out of just programming that radio, wouldn’t even need a helicopter.

And I thought this transmitter was complicated.
And what's with that irritating music.

I think about the hereafter. I go somewhere to get something, then wonder what I'm here after ?

I never knew what all the data stuff was about for some reason people love it

I just looking for a good radio
Still flying at 12 Z
As far as programming power goes..
It's still mostly untouched
18 MZ has mostly the same programming at $3,000

18mz program sbus servos
And better battery life

I don't know a lot about radio broadcasting they claim this is
On fhss

Okay just got off the phone they're not expected to see it until end of the month and the S Bus situation seems to be that as it can communicate with an S Bus component through their receiver...
Not broadcast in a Futaba protocol

Still a very nice radio the scale in jet guys I love this thing

Check out the new Spektrum iX12 if you want that.

I like having telemetry. Having an alert when on-board batteries, reach low voltage is very useful. Haptic feedback (vibration) is great when you're hovering a gasser in front of you and can't hear the timer on the transmitter.

One thing I didn't see with the Graupner was a way to program with a computer and simulate servo movements.

And how the heck are you going to press all those virtual switches on the screen when you're supposed to be looking at the model?

I think the absolute toughest radio to fly was the old reed system of yesteryear.

Nice.

@ 5:10...walks of shame are now a thing of the past...

Missin the ability to offset gimbal by up to 10 degrees BUT definitely not show stopper.

Interesting unit. It’s probably way too feature packed for most heli flyers requirements. I have a Futaba 18SZ and barely use any functions.

I just can’t get excited about its appearance though, apart from the gimbals it looks very cheap and plastic, a bit Pop Asia but not in a good way. Horrible looking antenna.
