The vocal minority always assume that everyone is in this for 3d
For an old person like me, 3D is not in the cards. I enjoy flying predictable circuits. I also enjoy building and tuning. With or without a fly-bar I am good.

Remember crack moves?!
Yes, dumbest most pointless idea ever And it always looked terrible. I love 3D but crack stuff is where I draw the line...someone must have run out better 3D ideas or just having a tremor while flying.

Well, I have both. I just think the FBL flys better in my hands. I am more comfortable with it and trust it. I am not big on 3D nor do I want to be. I don't have any bail out functions, but wish I did. I just want to fly something that does not look like a plank. Planks are ok sometimes too.

Well, you got me there. Who can possibly disagree with a 190 swooping low?

It's much harder than the old system! Old system was simple like a flybar!

60% of the time, it works every time!

Maybe so. Huge cheers from the crowds though the first time people did it, it may have even been Curtis Youngblood who started it!

I was just making a point about how fast flybarred helis respond.

60% of the time, it works every time!

I wasn't going to post in this thread anymore... but I have to now.
I've flown a few FBLs and when I went to Vbar, on the maiden flight, I set the knobs as the tail gain and head gain. During that flight, I adjusted up till it oscillated then backed down a bit. I haven't touched anything since then.
Every heli has flown great compared to my other FBLs after tuning several different times.
