Did anyone ever have to return a bad lipo to value hobbies i just ordered 4 6 cell 4000 mah packs and one of them have one cell that is way off wont charge up and i send them a return request on the website because they dint answer there phone just wondered how lond it will take it says its pending

I've done RMAs with Value Hobbies, before. Usually, they respond in a day or two. I had to rattle their cage one time via email to get things going, but I did get a resolution.

I just went through this for the same, problem (two Lipos that would not deliver rated capacity). Tried to resolve via their web site. Not only was there no refund, they did not bother to respond. I went through PayPal and got my money back (mostly - I had to pop $10 for return shipping). Never again.

The older I get, the fewer things seem worth waiting in line for.
