Could you take a listen to this video and see if you can tell me why the noise is happening.
drone flys up.
4. I move the throttle stick back to the middle position.
5. There is the weird noise for around 3-5 seconds.

There is also the noise when I fly backwards and then stop:
1. The right stick is in the middle position.
2. I pull the right stick in my direction (backwards).
3. The drone flys backwards.
4. I move the right stick back to the middle position.
5. The drone stops and there's the noise also the noise for around 3-5 seconds.

Very Odd. The short answer is I don't know what is causing the noise. Because there are so few moving parts, there is likely a mechanical problem and really only a few places to look. I'd be inclined to look at the prop mounting - everything tight and installed the right way round? If not that, are the arms tight?

How much time on the motors? Are the bearings smooth?

Did it just start? Is the aircraft new? Did it begin subsequent to a mishap? Is there any wind in the video? Does it make the same sound if you pirouette the drone 180 deg and repeat the maneuver?

I'll stick with my first, best, answer - That is: I don't know.

Almost sounds like one ore more of the blades are flexing....

Can you suggest that he try another set of blades to see if it goes away ?

That would be my best guess ...

Been there, done that and old enough to know better.....

That is most likely related to an incorrect PWM setting in ESC.

Motor RPM decreases under load, then speeds up when hovering.

Hard to see in video if there is any oscillation when noise is present.

Also as stated, suspect props.
